At Miller-Eads, our mission is to protect our people, deliver exceptional electrical services, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and craftsmanship. We are committed to maintaining a safety-first culture where every employee is empowered and accountable to ensure that everyone goes home safely each day. We take pride in knowing that our employees are properly trained when it comes to safety. While many other contractors in the industry give a brief orientation, we provide a full day of safety training for our newly hired employees. In addition to being a CSS and Quality Connection member, we provide training for: Tool Safety, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, HAZCOM, Ladder Safety, Lock-Out Tag-Out, and PPE. Additional training throughout the year is provided or as projects dictate. CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, MSHA, and more as needed. To further demonstrate our commitment to safety, we provide personalized PPE sized for each employee. This is far more costly, but fosters a culture of safety.
