Chris Chastain joined Miller‑Eads in February 1990 as an apprentice electrician. He became a journeyman wireman later that year, managed major field projects, and entered the office in 1993 to establish the Service Department. Over time, he led some of the company’s most complex and challenging projects and became President in 2003. In 2014, Chris Chastain became the majority stockholder, and he currently owns 100% of the company stock, ensuring Miller‑Eads remains privately held, locally controlled, and aligned with its founding principles.

Kevin Schrader joined the firm in 1997, advanced through service and operational leadership, and was named Vice President in 2021. With a distinguished career spanning 47 years in the union electrical contracting industry. He earned his Master Electrical License and established himself as a dedicated leader in industry governance. He serves on multiple industry committees and his commitment to public service and safety is equally strong. Serving on the City of Indianapolis/Marion County Electrical License Board and his ongoing role as the Town of Speedway Electrical Inspector since 1992. With a packed schedule that, as he jokingly notes, leaves him with absolutely no free time for hobbies.

Dale Kleeman became Vice President in 2025, continuing the company’s tradition of developing leadership from within. A licensed Master Electrician in Indianapolis since 1995, Dale brings 37 years of industry experience. He is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise managing projects up to $30 million and delivering precise estimating and lump sum pricing for budgets up to $100 million. Dale has successfully completed numerous high-profile projects both locally in Indiana and across the United States.
